Lotus Domino Intranet
Our internal communications are
handled through a Lotus Notes/Domino intranet. This system
gives our staff instant access to crucial case information at our desks, conference
tables, at home or on the road. Less time wasted finding information means more time spent
on the tasks that provide value to the client.
Electronic Case Files
All important case information is maintained in electronic files which are
accessed over our intranet. These files can be updated electronically from anywhere in the
world. Access to information means better service to our clients.

organizing, analyzing and presenting the case by means of structure and analysis tools
built into the software.
Network Calendaring
All calendaring is handled on the intranet with instantaneous updates to all

important that the key issues be identified, communicated and remembered. We have
developed visual mapping techniques ideally suited to this task. These techniques clarify
