Like most divorce lawyers, we charge based on the hours devoted to your case and applicable criteria of ethical rules. Our current hourly rates are:

Stephen J. Harhai	$400 per hour
Sara A. (Willhite) Evanczyk	$225 per hour
Stanley G. Lipkin, Of Counsel	$350 per hour
Paralegal	$120 per hour

We charge our regular attorney hourly rates for consultations.

Our office operates on a retainer basis. We will collect an initial retainer (which will be determined at the consultation based on the complexity of your issues) which is placed in our trust account and paid out as fees are earned.

Additional charges, terms and conditions will apply to our representation which will be fully set forth in a fee agreement if you retain us.
